  The staff at Momentum are passionate and knowledgeable but what really puts them above other clinics is their amazing customer service. If you are in dire need, Stephen will make time for you to come in even if it is after hours. If you have a quick question, you can send an email & they will get back to you ASAP - you do not need to wait for you next appointment. If you need to leave 15 minutes early, they will do their best to accommodate you. Unlike other clinics I have visited in the past, I am never left waiting - they value your time. Everyone there seems happy and satisfied (staff & customers included) it makes me want to work there! I have been visiting this clinic once or twice a week now for about 6 months for whiplash & tendinitis in my elbows (it's been a tough year lol) and I'd definitely recommend this clinic. ALSO they are absolutely amazing with billing. I have never had to or been asked to deal with WCB or my Auto Insurance Rep. The last clinic I went to in Cold Lake always expected me to pay out of my own pocket once my approval time had expired & I had to call to request extensions & try to get things cover (which was much more difficult than it would have been for them for sure as I had no idea what the protocols were) but this hasn't been asked of me once at momentum. I have zero financial stress because of this & couldn't be more thankful for it. They are awesome !

  Simply the best physio clinic in town and beyond. Stephen and the Team are absolutely amazing. Always greeted with a smile and a fun and light hearted atmosphere. It is obvious that everyone here truly cares for your well being. The new clinic is open, bright and spacious and perfect for staff and client interactions. Their knowledge and skill is hands down the best I have experienced. They always take the time to explain, in plain language, what is going on and what your care plan is looking like. Alway time for questions and the props and tablet are a definite plus when going over the details. If something is ailing you, BIG or small, do yourself a favour and visit Momentum to see what they can do for you. I guarantee you won't be disappointed. Keep up the great work!
